To request a return phone call and/or email, please refer to the section immediately below. With few exceptions, Evins Mill only accepts gift certificates issued by Evins Mill.

To receive additional information about Evins Mill and/or to inquire about availability for a group booking, please complete the form below and submit. Doing so does not secure a reservation but will allow us to follow-up with you by phone and/or email with the requested information.

Please note that our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. Inquiries emailed during these hours will be answered promptly. Other inquiries will be answered at the beginning of the next business day. While we do not keep regular office hours on weekends, we do regularly check voice mail and email and respond to weekend requests within 24 to 36 hours.
